Automatic Unstacking case background:

  • Function requirements: Customer on-site use Percipio camera, with industrial robots to remove the box from the tray one by one, transported to the assembly line for transportation.

  • Operation scenario: A variety of box types, the length, width and height are different, the box types are placed in multiple layers in the stacking tray, and the tilting position of the box will not be fixed.

Project requirement:

  1. Find the midpoint of the box geometry.

  2. Grab in a certain order.
