What to do if the depth camera cannot be opened?

After the network camera is powered on and initialized, it is listed, but cannot be opened, and an error is reported.

Possible causes and solutions are listed below:

The camera is occupied

Check whether another process is using the camera (for example, Percipio Viewer). If so, close that process and try again.
Third-party programs have been written into the camera

Contact Percipio technical support.
The camera IP address and the host computer IP address are not in the same network segment

If the camera IP address is not in the same subnet as the host computer IP address, the camera may be discoverable but not openable. In this case, modify either the camera IP address or the host IP address. To modify the camera IP address, see Application Example: Set Camera IP.
