Possible causes and solutions are listed below:

  • The camera is occupied

    Check whether another process is using the camera (for example, Percipio Viewer). If so, close that process and try again.

  • The USB cable is too long

    Avoid using USB cables longer than 3 meters. Replace the cable with a shorter one and try again.
