System Requirements

Windows 10 or later (64-bit).

Download the software

Click the link to download the installation package.

Install Software

1. Double-click PercipioViewer-<version>-x64-Setup.exe, select the language for installation, then click OK.

2. In the License Agreement step, select I accept the agreement, then click Next.

3. In the Select Destination Location step, select the installation path, then click Next.

   Note

   To avoid system permission limits, don’t install the software on the C drive (system drive).

4. In the Select Start Menu Folder step, Percipio is selected by default. To change it, click Browse to select another folder. If no change is needed, click Next.

5. In the Ready to Install step, confirm the settings are correct, then click Install to start installation.

   Note

   If the installer detects an older version, this dialog appears and asks you to uninstall it. Select Yes to uninstall the older version and continue. Select No to cancel installation.

6. After installation completes, the PercipioViewer Installation Complete dialog appears. Click Finish.

   Important

   After installation completes, the core background service ucvcameraservice.exe starts automatically. This service is required for normal Viewer operation. Keep this service enabled. You can confirm that it’s running in Windows Task Manager > Services.

Uninstall Software

In Windows, go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, search for PercipioViewer, and uninstall it.
